EdCube Installation - Hosted or Installed on a your School Server
EdCube offers schools two installation options to the EdCube e-Portfolio software.
Your school may elect to have your e-Portfolio software hosted on our secure hosted servers. This set-up will provide your school with a secure database and private application that can only be accessed by your school community.
This option is called the EdCube Hosted Installation and provides school | home access.
Alternatively, your school can install the EdCube e-Portfolio software on a virtual server within your school network. The set up involves the integration of the EdCube software using VMWare technology. Once installed, class and student data is imported into the virtual server.
This option is called EdCube Virtual School Server Installation also allows for school | home access.

EdCube School Support
EdCube provides a range of free online support services for licensed schools. The free support services include:
- Access to the EdCube Technical Knowledge Bank and forum to assist with common technical questions
- Access to a sequence of professional development videos to help teachers use EdCube in their classes
- Access to user guides and technical manuals
Optional Phone Support
In addition to the free support, EdCube provides phone support and tutorials packages. Schools can purchase a pre-paid 5 hour phone support for $660 inc GST. This support package appears as an option on the product order forms.
