      About EdCube Pty Ltd

      EdCube Pty Ltd was established in 2002 and has been providing e-Portfolio solutions to schools and organisations for 10 years.

      The success of the EdCube Connect e-Portfolio applications comes from the team's extensive understanding and experience in teaching and learning. It also exists in the relationships with key industry stakeholders. Our team's breadth of experience in education and international business spans across the positions of:

      The EdCube Management Team

      Tony Carrucan                       CEO    Managing Director

      Bachelor of Education (VU); Bachelor of Letters (Honours), Master of Letters (UNE)

      Tony Carrucan is a world leader in the development of online applications, cloud based training applications, digital education and online content delivery architecture. Tony is a key member of the EdCube executive team that has planned, designed and implemented the EdCube application software.

      In addition to his work with EdCube, Tony is the founder and CEO of Mediasphere Holdings Pty Ltd which was acknowledged as Queensland’s most innovative ICT group in 2008 with the Mincom Award. He is also a Director of AuditFlow Pty Ltd which is a leader in the delivery of compliant based e-audit software applications.  Prior to these appointments he was Vice President of XSIQ International and an administrator and teacher in leading schools in Australia and the UK.

      Tony’s award winning companies provide online business solutions to three state governments, major corporate entities, 1500 educational institutions and online platforms to organisations in the USA, UK, China, Japan and New Zealand. Tony is the author of several Internet and technology books and is a contributor to a range of government and industry forums.

      Richard Neal                       Non-Executive Board Member

      Richard is a former partner of an accounting firm and 'big four' senior team member. Over the past ten years, he has held senior management positions in multinational technology (software/hardware) companies.

      During a three year stint in Europe, Richard was responsible for the go-to-market strategies, specifically growing the international business and implementing an international business model and channel for a US multinational.

      While in this role, the company won numerous business awards including; the fastest growing privately held software company in America in 2007 and the 15th fastest growing privately held company in 2008.

      In addition to his executive role at EdCube Pty Ltd, Richard is the CEO and Managing Director of Auditflow Pty Ltd, a world leader in cloud based audit software.

       

      Michael Giulieri                     Vice President Education Partnerships

      Diploma in Education; Bachelor of Education; Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration (Uni Melb)

      Michael Giulieri is the former Principal of the Essendon North Primary School. He was appointed in 1994, and in 1995 Essendon North was a designated Navigator School in the ‘Classrooms of the Future’ project initiated by the Victorian Department of Education. His status as an innovator, along with his deep understanding of the underlying pedagogical challenges schools face, adds a unique dimension to the EdCube team.

      He has travelled extensively in the United States, Canada, Singapore and New Zealand, visiting schools of world's best practice in the use of learning technologies (including the famous River Oaks in Canada). Michael oversaw the “whole-school change” process at Essendon North and is viewed as an innovative and practical thinker. He has presented in the Navigator School practicum programs and all NAVCON international conferences as well as one-day leadership seminars for principals.

      In 2003, Michael was inducted into the Smithsonian Institute for Essendon North's work in leading Australian Schools in Technology. In 2005, he was awarded “Apple Distinguished Educator” status as well as “High Performing Principal” within the Victorian Education System.

      Clarke Stevenson                  Director

      Bachelor of Arts (La Trobe)

      Clarke Stevenson is a highly successful sales and marketing professional to the education sector in Australia. His experience and intimate understanding of the challenges in relation to the integration of ICT into the classroom has made him an integral part of the growth and success of EdCube in Australia and overseas.

      Clarke has extensive relationships with key decision makers throughout many parts of the Australian educational system in both the government and non-government sectors.

      As well as his key role at EdCube, Clarke has successfully managed and grown IT companies including Asymetrix, Aries Technology and XSIQ, as well as being an important part of the development of the market in Victoria and Tasmania of the BroadLEARN™ range of programs.

      Griffith Tchen-Pan             Technology Architect 

      Masters of Information Technology (QUT), Bachelor of Information Technology (CQU)

      Griffith Tchen-Pan has been involved in the software development industry since graduating from a Masters of Information Technology in 2006.

      Griffith is currently the Lead Software Developer for Auditflow, having gained commercial experience as a .NET Software Developer at the Sugar Research Institute and the Environmental Protection Agency.

      Griffith was appoint as the Lead Programmer in the development of award winning web applications for the software company Mediasphere.

      Prior to this, Griffith was employed with Queensland University of Technology lecturing and tutoring in VB.NET. With interests in Service Orientated Architecture, Software-as-a-Service, and Cloud Computing, his experiences in different development platforms and industries are a valuable asset to the team.
